Dispatch Timelines

The time it takes to dispatch your order depends on the availability of the items purchased:

• In-Stock Items: If the requested jewelry piece is readily available in our inventory, it will be dispatched within 2 to 3 days following payment confirmation.
• Out-of-Stock & Custom Orders: For items that are currently out of stock or require special manufacturing, the dispatch timeline is extended to 10 to 20 days.
