Return & Replacement Policy

At Aairavat Gold House, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure the highest quality of our jewelry. Please note our updated policies regarding returns and replacements:

  • Returns: We accept returns exclusively on the basis of our Buyback Policy, which offers a 75% return value on the original purchase price.
  • Damage Replacements: Replacements are processed in the event that a product is received in a damaged condition.
  • 10-Day Window: All claims for replacements must be requested within a 10-day replacement period from the date of delivery.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a damage replacement, customers are required to provide clear video proof. A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the opening of the sealed package and the damaged item is strictly mandatory.

Buyback Policy

We value our customers' long-term satisfaction and offer a structured buyback policy on our jewelry pieces:

  • Standard Valuation: The standard buyback and return value is calculated with a 25% deduction from the original value, yielding a 75% return.
  • Exclusions: This calculation strictly excludes any courier charges and applicable taxes incurred during the original purchase.
  • Condition Assessment: The buyback value is subject to change. If the returned product is damaged or shows significant signs of wear and tear, the buyback percentage may vary (dropping below the standard 75% based on condition).

Dispatch & Shipping Information

We strive to deliver your jewelry to you as securely and swiftly as possible:

  • Payment Confirmation: All products will be dispatched only after the payment is fully confirmed by our team.
  • In-Stock Items: If the requested item is readily available in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Out-of-Stock / Custom Items: For items that are not in stock or require manufacturing, the dispatch time will be extended to 20 to 30 business days.

Policy Updates & Modifications

Aairavat Gold House reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any of the terms and conditions outlined in this policy at our discretion. Any changes will be updated accordingly. The firm will not be held responsible for claims made under outdated policies, and it is the customer's responsibility to review the latest terms.
